Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during your use of the Platform where we consider it appropriate, 55atm reserves the right to require you to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. We may request additional documentation where required to satisfy compliance obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 55atm will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such use was enabled by your failure to maintain their confidentiality. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify support immediately.
Deposits to your 55atm account must be made using the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. Available deposit methods are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier interface. All amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for accounts registered under Pakistan local settings.
Payment method references shown on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar local context for Pakistani users only. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any bonus funds and applicable fees will be returned to the User using a verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Funds held in accounts closed for fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55atm support. Where a self-exclusion request has been made, account reactivation may be subject to a mandatory waiting period.
These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55atm is incorporated or licensed to operate. 55atm does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which you may be located.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident or from which you are accessing the Platform. 55atm does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not operate under the authority of any Pakistani government body.

55atm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the registered email address.
